I cannot link my account - We cannot log you on to your practice
If you cannot log on to your account and you get the following message - Error we cannot log you onto your practice, it can mean either:
- Your registration letter or the old My Health Online login may have been replaced by new registration information,
- Your practice is experiencing technical difficulties, or
- The services are not running correctly.
Please contact your surgery on the usual number to report the issue.
